Please note: There will be a 10% charge added to the following amounts on the final invoice, which is a new tax implemented by the Barbados Goverment.
Included in the weekly rental cost is an allowance of 20 units per day of electricity. Additional units will be charged at 30 pence per unit.
There is a breakages/damage security deposit of £400 per villa, which will be returned within 10 days of departure, subject to the villa being checked by the housekeeper and confirmed no breakages or damage has been caused.
Villa Hibiscus does have a 3rd Bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining shower room, subject to availability. Please email for details and quotation.
